Mitch Teemley

Mitch Teemley (born May 12, 1950) is an American writer, director, producer, actor and composer best known for his work on the feature films Healing River (2020) and Notzilla (2020). Early life “A multi-hyphenate (writer, preacher, teacher, director, composer),” Teemley was born in Whittier, California, and raised in the Los Angeles suburbs of Downey and La Mirada. While still in high school, “he performed with his band on an ABC television special hosted by Aretha Franklin” and Ed Ames titled The Sounds of ‘68. Career 1970s–1980s In 1973, Teemley hosted and co-wrote Walt Disney Studios’ 50th Anniversary Celebration.
