Terms of Use
Terms for using Music Theory Print tools, worksheets and charts, with the licences that apply to our content and to open-licensed material.
All services provided on this website are owned and operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC.
By using musictheoryprint.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the tools, worksheets and charts#
The tools, worksheet generators and charts are free to use for personal, classroom and teaching purposes. You may print worksheets and charts and hand them to students, including in a paid lesson or school. Please do not resell them as your own product, republish the whole site, or use automated tools to copy it in bulk or to overload it.
No warranty#
We check calculations and answer keys against independent methods, but music theory has regional conventions and mistakes can still happen. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and is not a substitute for your teacher or an exam board’s syllabus. Do not rely on a worksheet answer key or chart for an exam without checking it against your board’s materials. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Content and licences#
- Our own material, such as the site’s design, the tools’ code, the worksheet generators and the layout of the charts and printable sheets, is © Music Theory Print. You may use printed copies as described above; other reuse needs permission.
- Excerpts from Wikipedia and Wiktionary are licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. If you reuse those excerpts, you must credit the source and share your version under the same licence. Each excerpt links to its original article.
- Data from Wikidata, MusicBrainz core data and the OpenScore Lieder corpus is CC0 (public domain dedication); some other sources are public domain, CC BY or MIT-licensed code, each as listed on the credits page, which is the authoritative list of sources and licences.
- Images and recordings (for example museum photographs and instrument samples) carry the licence and credit shown beside them and on the credits page. Those licences, not these terms, apply to them.
Advertising and third-party services#
The site may show advertising and uses Google Analytics. These are described in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
Changes and contact#
We may update the site and these terms at any time; the date below the title shows the latest change. Questions: jun@musictheoryprint.com. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
